Sunny Singh, President & CEO
Sunny is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Artlin Consulting. He is responsible for setting the vision, strategic goals, and growth objectives for the firm. Sunny’s dynamic management style ensures consistent delivery excellence to clients and fosters a strong culture of professional growth within Artlin. Sunny brings over 10 years of executive leadership experience as a Founder and former Chief Executive Officer of a transportation and logistics company which served the Department of Defense. Sunny lives with his wife and high school sweetheart, Neha, and son, Aarav, in Northern Virginia.
Barbara Volkman, Vice President
After 24 years of supporting federal government clients, Barb finds the most rewarding part of her job to be helping her clients solve their business challenges. Barb enjoys working with clients to understand their goals and develop strategies and plans to address their needs. Barb lives in Washington, DC with her husband, Chuck, and two high school age children. Barb serves as Secretary for Georgetown Titans Hockey, and as the Treasurer for Washingtonia Schuhplattlers.
Brian Baney, Vice President
Brian is an Artlin Vice President with over 14 years of acquisition, supply chain management, process and performance improvement, and program management experience. He supports the development and implementation of Artlin’s growth strategy into new markets by establishing new clients and strengthening our corporate offerings with a focus on the Departments of Defense and Homeland Security. Brian began his career in the transportation industry and recently served as the President of the National Defense Transportation Association, D.C. Chapter. He currently resides with his wife, Catherine, and two kids, Wyatt and Holden, outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Kristen Humphrey, Vice President
Kris’ passion for change makes her a valuable Vice President at Artlin, with 18 years’ experience in government consulting, procurement, acquisition, and policy predominantly within the Department of Defense. She works in this business because she wants to see the federal government perform better, with our taxpayer dollars being utilized as a force for good in our country and the world. “I feel like I’m contributing to that in some small way,” she says. Outside of the office, Kris feels most like herself when she’s skiing.
Mark Hogenmiller, Vice President
As a Vice President, Mark brings 30 years of experience specializing in project and program management in performing "transformational" projects, implementation of new business models, and organizational restructuring to Artlin. He enjoys using his 20 years Active Duty Navy Service in being able to continue serving the Department of Defense in supporting our Airmen, Soldiers, Sailors and Marines. Hogy extends his expertise in crafted brews as a Certified Beer Judge under the Beer Judge Certification Program.
